Bogdan Corporation, one of the largest operators on the Ukrainian automobile market, is ready to make initial shipment of the 300 passenger vehicles under its own brand to the one of the distributors of Corporation in Russia – Avtotormarket Ltd. (Moscow). The distributional agreement with Avtotormarket was signed in February. This year Bogdan Corporation plans to sell not less than 10 000 vehicles through distribution network of Avtotormarket. Avtotormarket was found in 2002. Wide dealers’ network of the company consists of more than 130 centers throughout all the territory of Russia, including such cities as St. Petersburg, Novgorod, Kazan, Samara, Ufa, Tyumen, Yekaterinburg, Kirov, Tula, Tver, Naberezhnye Chelny. At present, there are two distributors of Corporation in Russia. Let us recall, earlier in February Bogdan Corporation signed distributional agreement with “Sistema-Avto, Ltd.” to deliver vehicles to Russia. Corporation already has an experience in cooperation with this company in the field of exporting Bogdan buses. As reported, in the beginning of March the President of Bogdan Corporation Mr. Oleg Svynarchuk announced the start of the program of exporting passenger vehicles, including its own commercial vehicle Bogdan 2310 pick-up, which price will be 279 000 RUB (approx. 9 500 USD) on Russian market. In 2010, Bogadan Corporation plans to increase production of passenger vehicles by 57% compare with 2009 – up to 22 600 units, also at the expense of implementation of its export policy.
